Dennis Pearson

Dr. Pearson received his Doctor of Optometry degree in 1978 from Pacific University College of Optometry and completed a clinical externship in 1978 at Fitzsimmons Army Hospital in Denver, CO. He attained Fellowship in the American Academy of Optometry in 1998.

Dr. Pearson is accredited by the State of Oregon to prescribe Therapeutic medications for eye disease treatment.

He is a former Board member of the Portland Metropolitan and the Willamette Optometric Societies and is a Past-President of the Oregon Optometric Association. He is a member of the National Panel of the Journal Review of Optometry, giving monthly input to this well-respected journal on issues that affect clinical eye care.

Dr. Pearson is listed in Who's Who in American HealthCare . He is a Clinical Examiner for the National Board of Examiners in Optometry, helping test Optometrists for licensure in the West Region. Dr. Pearson has served as the President of the Lebanon Habitat for Humanity for several years.

Roger Munk

Dr. Roger Munk received his Doctor of Optometry degree from Pacific University in 1994 after completing a clinical externship at Yakima Indian Health Services in Yakima, Washington.

He is president of the Willamette Optometric Society and past president of the Lebanon Lions Club, and has been a Lebanon City Councilor and Planning Commisioner. Currently, Dr. Munk serves on the board of his church and is treasurer of Cascades Elementary School Parent-Teacher Organization.

In the office, Dr. Munk loves working with children, using technology to help diagnose eye problems, and visiting with his patients. Away from the office, he enjoys hunting, biking, playing board and video games, and spending time with his family.

Dr. Munk is accredited by the State of Oregon to prescribe therapeutic medications for eye disease treatment. He has lectured on both diabetic eye disease and laser refractive surgery. He has practiced in Lebanon since 1994.
